Return & Exchange Policy
At Scents Fantacy, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer an exchange under the following conditions:
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
A small amount used for testing is acceptable. Products that are excessively used are not eligible.
The product must be returned with the original bottle, box, and packaging in good condition.
Delivery & Exchange Charges
All delivery charges for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
The original delivery cost incurred by Scents Fantacy will be deducted from the exchange value.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If an incorrect product is ordered by the customer, delivery charges will be borne by the customer.
If an incorrect or damaged product is sent by Scents Fantacy, we will cover all delivery charges.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Heavily used products are not eligible for exchange.
Items purchased on sale, discount, or promotion are non-exchangeable.
Scents Fantacy reserves the right to approve or decline exchange requests after inspection.

How long does it take to process an order?
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order is confirmed, we carefully pack your items and ship them promptly. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package is dispatched.

We deliver across Pakistan and worldwide. Most orders are processed within 2 business days, and delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service. All orders are dispatched promptly to ensure fast and reliable delivery. Delivery charges are paid by the customer and are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address

At Scents Fantacy, we do not offer refunds; however, we do provide exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.
