Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
A small amount used for testing is acceptable. Products that are excessively used are not eligible.
The product must be returned with the original bottle, box, and packaging in good condition.
Delivery & Exchange Charges
All delivery charges for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
The original delivery cost incurred by Scents Fantacy will be deducted from the exchange value.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If an incorrect product is ordered by the customer, delivery charges will be borne by the customer.
If an incorrect or damaged product is sent by Scents Fantacy, we will cover all delivery charges.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Heavily used products are not eligible for exchange.
Items purchased on sale, discount, or promotion are non-exchangeable.
